Turkey: Hideous Propaganda meets no Limits

A chorus of condemnation and aversion against Turkish hideous propaganda tactics is being raised both in Greece and Cyprus. The event takes place after the recent exposure that one of the most famous photographs showing Greek Cypriot Victims of Turkish invading forces in Cyprus, is currently presented by Turkish Propaganda the other way.
In particular the Cypriot Newspaper Fileleftheros revealed the existence in the Turkish Foreign Ministry Website of a document promoting the “Turkish point of view”, in relation to the Cyprus Issue.
This document is presented in power point format at (http://www.mfa.gov.tr/data/DISPOLITIKA/KIBRIS/CYPRUSISSUE.ppt). Turks without any sign of shame are using one of the most famous photos about the Cyprus tragedy and Turkish brutality, while implying the persons portrayed in the picture are victims of the Greek Cypriots.
In fact the five persons in the picture were captured and executed by the Turkish Invading forces. Their remains were found in a well last year in Tziaos . Through DNA the identities of the victims were finally revealed.
The specific picture was placed along with other two, under the title “Christmas 1963” accompanied by a text where it is claimed Greek Cypriots attacked Turkish Cypriots allegedly leaving many men, women, and children killed behind and 103 destroyed Turkish Cypriot Villages.
In other words with no shame at all, the picture portraying the victims of Turkish Agression, namely Antonios Korellis, Panagiotis Nikolaou, Christoforos Skordis, Ioannis Papagiannis and Ioannis Hatzikyriakoy is still being used by the shamefull Turkish Propaganda implying the Greek Cypriot victims of the pic were actually… Turkish Cypriots.
The lies certainly never stop from Turkish side. Those masters of deceit would have certainly forced Joseph Goebbels (Adolph Hitler’s propaganda minister) to be proud of them!!
