Rare Document of 1912 – Official Manifesto about the Elections in Monastiri
Another Rare Document from 1912 which proves the absurdity of the current slavic claim about existence of “ethnic Macedonians”.
Translation in English:
The Committee of Parliamentary Elections in Monastir, comprised of Muslims, Greeks and Bulgarians announce to the honourable electors that they jointly decided the candidate representatives for Monastir to be the following honourable gentlemen:
1. Kenan Zia Bey
2. Georgios Theocharidis
3. Anastasios Christoff
4. Emmanoul Liaptse, (sp)
We considered that these with dignity, prudence and ardent patriotism will serve the highest interests of our common homeland in the mighty Ottoman State.
Monastiri, 17 March 1912,
The Committee about the Elections
