A quite revealing article found on the Australian Newspaper "Argus" (Melbourne, Vic. : 1848-1954), Friday 2 October 1903, page 5, includes Official Statistics about the Population of Macedonia given by the Prime Minister of England, Arthur Balfour.
According to the Official Statistics given by the Prime Minister, the Nationalities of Macedonia at that time were:
Turks,
Greeks,
