AC Omonia in a Dominant 3-0 against FYROM’s FK Renova

FYROM’s teams are proved to be the best “customers” for Greek and Cypriot teams. AC Omonia wished to become the third straight Cypriot team to reach the UEFA Champions League group stage and came closer to this aim by winning easily with 3-0 FK Renova from FYROM.

Michalis Konstantinou, scored twice and he was the MVP of the Match. In the seventh minute Darko Ignjatovski from FK Renova fouled Konstantinou inside the box and was sent off. Konstantinou shot the penalty and Omonia took the lead with 1-0.

Davidson Morais scored the second goal after an assist from Leandro and in the 62nd minute Konstantinou with a header wrote the final 3-0.

Omonia had several chances to score more goals. On the other hand Renova was disappointing with only a single chance during the entire match.
